Earline Cromeartie is the office manager for the Clinics.  She is CPR certified with the American Red Cross, and She is also a Trained Medication Employee.  She worked at the RCM of Washington Inc, as Direct Support Professional (DSP) providing care and management to the individuals of that facility.  she is experienced in billing and coding and she is responsible for the administrative, and the non-clinical aspects of the day to day operations in our office.   she is also trained to assist with therapy treatments in the District of Columbia.  She is a certified chiropractic assistant by the Maryland Board of Chiropractic.

Ashley Webb is the chiropractic assistant for the Maryland Injury Center and the Maryland Therapy clinic.  She is CPR certified and also certified by the Maryland board of chiropractic examiners as a CA.  she is well-versed in billing and coding and she is responsible for the administrative, and the day to day operations in our office.

Mr. Roberson Lapierre graduated from nursing school and worked in a hospital setting for several years. He is also a licensed relator, and has several years of experience in the real estate industry.  He has a bachelor's degree in criminal justice, and also has a Master of science degree.  Mr. Lapierre is  certified as a chiropractic assistant by the Maryland chiropractic board and is also knowledgeable in physical therapy modalities.  He is currently pursuing his Phd.
